Shipping policy

All POLITE CHAOS products are printed on demand and made to order through our production partner, which means each item is produced specially for you after you place your order.

 

Processing time: Because every item is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

 

Shipping time: Once produced, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within Europe and 7-20 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates and may vary by location and carrier.

 

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders over EUR 50 qualify for free shipping.

 

Where we ship: We ship worldwide. For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
